Overlook the Project Technology and Networks.  Maintain an error free network between all work stations and other office technology.  Design all databases and archiving logs and systems for the smooth run of the project.  Ensure the safe storage of all information related to the project.  Follow up on the data entry officers and call center clerks in terms of ensuring all received data are stored in the relevant databases.  Coordinate with the Information Coordinator on the workflow and design the appropriate information system for such workflow.  Follow up with the CMS officer on the design, implementation and testing of the online database and website.  Ensure that the CMS officer has abided to all the guidelines provided by the project for the design, architecture and outlook of the online database and website.  Review and comment on the implementation of the database and the organization of the directory.  Validate and clean all databases received

Assist in completing full engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing information systems audits and business process control reviews.  Understand client business environment and basic risk management approaches.  Lead corporate IT compliance activities including:  Developing IT Control Framework which includes IT General controls and Application controls.  Performing walkthroughs. Page 3 of 7  Executing Control testing for both general and application IT control reviewsincluding review of system architecture, configuration settings and application functionality.  Performs Infrastructure, Network and Applications Reviews, Pre and Post Implementation Reviews of new IT systems/applications.  Evaluate and document system-related controls supporting applications, operating systems, databases, networks and other technologies.  Provide IT audit and CAAT assistance for other audits and look for ways to maximize the value of using CAATs and data analytics utilities.  Ability to provide a variety of IT advisory services related to internal control, risk management, IT controls and related standards (COBIT, COSO).  Experience auditing / reviewing Enterprise IT infrastructure, Information Security, ITGC, Networks, Servers, DBMS and IT applications, reviewing IT systems selections and implementation projects.  Hands-on experience with audit workflow and data analytics tools (IDEA).  Implementing solutions based on control weaknesses.  Provide IT advisory services related to internal control, risk management, IT controls, and related standards.  Complete controls reviews, including readiness services for addressing requirements, such as BDL, BCC (Lebanese Regulators).  Assist in developing policies and procedures related to information’s system controls.  Communicating control strengths and weaknesses to the IT audit engagement team and assisting in developing effective solutions.  Keeping the team informed of project status and potential issues to avoid project delays.  Preparing audit reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.  Performing research on technology products/trends and professional standards as it relates to IT controls and the IT audit profession.  Assist partners and senior management on proposals and business development calls.  Utilizing technology and data analytics to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery
