SOC L2 Analyst – Remote – 3 to 6 Years Experience
Job Description
StickmanCyber is hiring experienced SOC L2 Analysts to join our global cybersecurity team. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events and alerts from multiple sources
- Perform incident triage, escalation, and response
- Configure, optimize, and maintain SIEM and other security tools
- Conduct root cause analysis and support remediation efforts
- Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to ensure secure operations
Job Requirements
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SOC operations or security monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Familiarity with SIEM, endpoint security, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or relevant SOC certifications
• Experience in L2 SOC escalation and incident handling
• Knowledge of cloud security monitoring and automation
