Job Description
StickmanCyber is hiring an experienced Service Desk Lead to manage and supervise IT service desk operations. The role involves leading a team, ensuring incident resolution, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the IT service desk team
- Manage incident, request, and change management processes
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices
- Monitor and report on team performance and service levels
- Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Collaborate with IT operations and technical teams
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT service desk, technical support, or IT operations
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, and ITIL processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL Foundation or intermediate certification
• Experience with service desk tools and ticketing systems
• Proven track record of improving IT service delivery
