Job Description
ALOIS Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior SOC Engineer with strong hands-on experience in security operations, threat detection, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events while supporting server, network, and endpoint environments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze server and network security events
- Detect and manage security risks and threats across IT infrastructure
- Perform incident investigation and threat management activities
- Troubleshoot security-related issues across servers and networks
- Work as a Senior SOC Analyst supporting daily SOC operations
- Handle user IT-related queries and technical issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and security alerts
- Collaborate with server and network teams to resolve incidents
- Support IT infrastructure management and maintenance activities
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring
• Hands-on knowledge of server and network security
• Experience in threat detection, risk analysis, and incident response
• Working knowledge of Mac OS environments
• Good troubleshooting skills for systems and network-related issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms
• Exposure to incident response and vulnerability management
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CEH, Security+, GCIA, or similar)
