Red Team Specialist – Delhi – 1 to 4 Years Experience
Job Description
HackIT Technology and Advisory Services is seeking a Red Team Specialist to join our elite cybersecurity division. The ideal candidate should think like an attacker, defend like a pro, and have hands-on experience in offensive security operations. You’ll work on simulating real-world attack scenarios to help clients strengthen their defenses and enhance their security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Red Team assessments and simulate advanced threat scenarios.
- Develop, customize, or modify offensive security tools and scripts (Python, C, Golang, Ruby).
- Perform web, network, and application penetration testing.
- Identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation insights.
- Understand and apply concepts from the cyber kill chain and lateral movement techniques.
- Collaborate with defensive teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
Job Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in Red Teaming or offensive security.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and exploit development.
• Good understanding of network protocols and attack simulation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or CRTO.
• Experience with adversary simulation tools (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, etc.).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat emulation techniques.
