Job Description
Skill Quotient is hiring an experienced Red Team OT Specialist to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities in Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on simulating real-world cyberattacks on industrial systems to identify vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture. Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct red team assessments for OT/ICS environments
- Simulate advanced cyberattacks to identify security gaps
- Assess risks across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
- Document findings and provide clear remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with security, engineering, and blue teams
- Support continuous improvement of OT security controls
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in red team or OT security roles
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and protocols
• Hands-on experience with offensive security tools and techniques
• Knowledge of threat actor tactics targeting industrial systems
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant cybersecurity or OT security certifications
• Experience with penetration testing in industrial environments
• Understanding of incident response for OT systems
