Job Description
Skill Quotient is hiring experienced Red Team IT Specialists to strengthen its cybersecurity offensive security capabilities. This role focuses on simulating real-world cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities, assess security posture, and improve organizational resilience. Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct red team exercises, penetration testing, and adversary simulations
- Identify security gaps across networks, systems, and applications
- Perform vulnerability exploitation and post-exploitation activities
- Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with blue team and security stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of security controls and defenses
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in red team or offensive security roles
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques
• Hands-on experience with network, application, and system security
• Good understanding of attack frameworks and threat actor tactics
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant cybersecurity or offensive security certifications
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
• Knowledge of incident response and defensive security operations
