Job Description
TeizoSoft Private Limited is bulk hiring highly experienced NOC Expert Engineers (L3 Support) to lead the resolution of complex, critical, and high-impact network incidents. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong problem management skills, and close collaboration with OEM teams to ensure long-term network stability. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex, critical, and high-impact network incidents
- Provide expert-level (L3) NOC support across technologies
- Perform problem management, root cause analysis, and stability analysis
- Proactively identify risks and prevent recurring incidents
- Collaborate with Tier 4 OEM engineers for advanced issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in NOC processes and service quality
- Mentor L1/L2 teams with technical guidance and best practices
Job Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a NOC Expert / L3 Support Engineer
• Strong expertise in enterprise network operations and troubleshooting
• Proven experience handling major incidents and escalations
• Hands-on experience with problem management and RCA
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, 24x7 operational environments
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL v3 Certification
• Relevant advanced networking certifications
• Experience working directly with OEM and vendor support teams
