Job Description
TeizoSoft Private Limited is bulk hiring highly experienced NOC Engineers (OEM Resident – L4 Support) to provide expert-level support for OEM hardware, software, and technology platforms. This critical role involves direct coordination with OEMs, long-term support during warranty and AMC periods, and advanced resolution of complex incidents across enterprise environments. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex OEM hardware, software, and technology-related incidents
- Act as OEM Resident Engineer for advanced (L4) incident resolution
- Coordinate directly with OEM teams for escalations and fixes
- Provide long-term support during warranty and AMC periods
- Support NOC, Data Center, Network Operations, and M&E systems
- Ensure stability, performance, and availability of critical infrastructure
- Guide and support L1–L3 teams with expert technical inputs
Job Requirements
• 11+ years of experience in NOC / OEM Resident roles (L4 Support)
• Strong hands-on expertise with OEM hardware and software platforms
• Proven experience coordinating with OEMs for advanced issue resolution
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in high-availability, mission-critical environments
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL v3 Certification
• OEM certifications relevant to deployed solutions
• Experience supporting large-scale data center and network environments
