Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing data protection policies and procedures within an organization. They ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on data privacy best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret Privacy related legislation and regulatory requirements
• Conduct Privacy Impact assessments of accounts and internal applications to identify and mitigate the risks
• Conducts audits of privacy controls to validate the effectiveness
• Extensive knowledge on GDPR and other data privacy regulatory requirements
• Support and guide the clients in adhering to the national and international regulations
• Establish, define and report privacy KPI’s through score card /dashboard
• Identify topics related to privacy awareness and training and implement them
• Ability to handle customer /third party audits/assessments
• Handle responses to RFP/RFI for privacy and security
• Knowledge on handling data subject requests & privacy incidents and communications
