Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Incident Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly and effectively responding to and mitigating cyber threats and incidents within an organization. They analyze and investigate security breaches, develop incident response plans, coordinate response efforts, and provide guidance to minimize the impact of cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in managing internal security incidents
• Managing customer-reported incidents
• Technical investigation, foundation knowledge of forensic and evidence collections
• Prepare incident reports with appropriate highlights of risks and mitigations
• Working closely with SIEM and the internal IT team to remediate the incidents/anomalies reported by SIEM
• Knowledge on NIST, SANS is a big plus
• Review system /application configuration
• Technical /hardening reviews of servers/firewall/switch /router/network architecture etc.
• CISSP and CEH certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of cloud security is a plus
• Prior working experience in the RED/Purple Team
• Coordinate in external SCAN, PCI DSS audits, reviews
