Radiant Digital is seeking a proactive Tier-1 Security Analyst (SOC) to serve as the first line of defense for our enterprise-level customers. This role is crucial in identifying and responding to security incidents, ensuring the safety and integrity of client systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform real-time security monitoring to detect Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Analyze security incidents and execute appropriate incident response actions.
- Escalate critical alerts and communicate with clients to address inquiries.
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in security or technical troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and cybersecurity skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in security operations environments.
